His panel addressed the topic of E-Discovery Security and Data Protection, discussing vulnerability points and how teams are protecting e-discovery files from being altered using data security and chain of custody protocols.

Robert Wilkins is the Chair of the Litigation Department at Jones Foster and a Florida Bar Board Certified Attorney in Business Litigation and Civil Trial Law. Robert has over 30 years of experience as a trial lawyer in both federal and state courts, representing a broad spectrum of clients from individuals to multi-national corporations. He has extensive experienced in e-Discovery and data privacy law, including the ethical responsibilities of lawyers as it relates to the use of technology.
