William G. Smith, has been selected to be part of the Florida Fellows Institute.  The Florida Fellows Institute is a program of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) to develop the profession’s future leaders through a series of in-depth educational presentations led by outstanding subject matter experts in each field.  

Smith, an associate attorney and West Palm Beach native, concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, taxation and transactional corporate law.  Smith currently serves as Immediate Past President of the Kiwanis Club of West Palm Beach.  He graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, magna cum laude, in 2010 and went on to earn his Master of Laws in Taxation degree (LL.M.) from the Graduate Tax Program at the University of Florida.  He graduated summa cum laude from Stetson University with degrees in History and Business Administration.  He is a 2016 graduate of Leadership West Palm Beach.
