Jones Foster Johnston & Stubbs, P.A. announces that Jane Stubbs Hunston has been certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as an Appellate mediator.
Hunston has extensive experience in all areas of residential and commercial real property law, including the representation of developers, sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants and lenders. She represents numerous condominium and homeowner associations, as well as developers in the formation of residential and commercial condominiums. Since 1976, Hunston has been a title agent for various title insurance companies, examining real property titles, issuing title insurance and resolving title problems.
