Sid Stubbs, has more than 40 years of experience in the areas of commercial and corporate litigation and law firm litigation. It's not surprising that Chambers USA listed him among America's Leading Business Lawyers and said: "According to sources, Sidney Stubbs “remains the shining light and beacon of the Bar in Palm Beach County.”; He focuses on complex commercial and business litigation as well as legal malpractice disputes" and Boca Magazine called Mr. Stubbs "a lawyer’s lawyer" because much of his practice consists of the representation of other lawyers. Sid was awarded with the Palm Beach County Bar Association's Professionalism Award in 2005. • Successfully defended a national company against a $75 million claim arising out of the purchase of a smaller company.
• Obtained a defense jury verdict for a national law firm in a case claiming malpractice in the resolution of prior litigation.
• Obtained a directed verdict in a case representing a national law firm in which the plaintiff sought $12 million alleged damages for malpractice in the preparation of partnership documents.
