Tasha Dickinson, a firm board member and shareholder, is a Florida Bar Board Certified Wills, Trusts and Estates Lawyer, a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), and is admitted to practice in Florida, North Carolina, and New York.  Ms. Dickinson's practice focuses exclusively on sophisticated estate planning and estate/trust administration.  She has extensive experience with complex wealth preservation strategies, business succession planning, and charitable planning.  Ms. Dickinson represents fiduciaries in handling complicated estate and trust administration matters.  She has developed a niche working with family offices and has written and lectured extensively on residency planning.

She is the Past-President of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (State of Florida, 2009-2010).  Ms. Dickinson is also a past Co-Chair and Member of The Florida Bar Probate Rules Committee (2006-2012) and the past-Chair and Member of Wills, Trusts and Estates Certification Committee of The Florida Bar (2010-2016).  She currently sits on the Executive Council for the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar (Co-Vice Chair of the Estate and Tax Planning Committee and Vice Chair of the Professionalism and Ethics Committee). Ms. Dickinson sits on the Board of Trustees for the Town of Palm Beach United Way and is an advisor to the Young Singers of the Palm Beaches.

Tasha was named among the "Best and Brightest" in 2010 by the Lupus Foundation of America Southeast Florida Chapter and has been listed as a Leader in Law by the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. She is consistently recognized as a Top Lawyer by the South Florida Legal Guide, a Legal Elite by Florida Trend Magazine, a Florida Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers Magazine, and is listed as a Top Lawyer in Palm Beach Illustrated’s 2018 edition.
