Estate Planning, Tax, Probate Attorney

We are seeking an attorney with 2 to 5 years trust and estate experience to join our growing department. The ideal candidate will have strong experience focused on sophisticated estate planning, and trust/estate administration. Proven ability to handle estate planning for clients with $5M to $10M in assets. An LL.M. in taxation is preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting complex estate planning documents and preparing federal estate tax returns. This position requires a detailed-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills.

Estate Planning and Probate Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced wills, trusts and estates paralegal to join our growing department. Candidate should have strong experience in one or more of the following:  preparing sophisticated estate planning documents, probating wills and administering trusts, preparing federal estate tax returns, preparing trust/estate accountings and administering guardianships.  This position requires a detailed-oriented, dynamic self-starter with excellent communication skills. Candidates will have a four year college degree or paralegal certification specializing in wills, trusts and estates.  Applicable experience required.
