Estate Planning and Probate Paralegal
We are seeking an experienced wills, trusts and estates paralegal to join our growing department.
Candidate should have strong experience in one or more of the following: preparing sophisticated estate planning documents, probating wills and administering trusts, preparing federal estate tax returns, preparing trust/estate accountings and administering guardianships. This position requires a detailed-oriented, dynamic self-starter with excellent communication skills. Candidates will have a four year college degree or paralegal certification specializing in wills, trusts and estates. Applicable experience required.
