Current Positions Available:
Department Assistant – Real Estate Department. This is an excellent entry-level position with upward career opportunities. This assistant would work with attorneys, paralegals and secretaries to maintain timely completion of legal projects. This would require filing, indexing, photocopying and preparation of outgoing mail, filing, or any other projects which may be assigned to you from time to time, including coverage of other secretarial desks. This individual would also be required to handle reception/switchboard coverage on a rotating basis. Applicant must have good typing skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. This is a 40 hour per week position with excellent compensation and paid benefits. Wills, Trusts & Estates Paralegal - We are currently seeking an experienced wills, trusts and estates paralegal to join our growing department. Candidate should have strong experience one or more of the following: preparing sophisticated estate planning documents, probating wills and administering trusts, preparing federal estate tax returns, preparing trust/estate accountings and administering guardianships. This position requires a detailed-oriented, dynamic self-starter with excellent communication skills.
Candidates will have a four year college degree or paralegal certification specializing in wills, trusts and estates. Applicable experience required. Estate Planning, Tax, Probate Attorney - Jones, Foster, Johnston & Stubbs, P.A., a prominent law firm in West Palm Beach is seeking an attorney with 2 to 4 years trust and estate experience to join our growing department. The ideal candidate will have strong experience focused on sophisticated estate planning, and trust/estate administration. An LL.M. in taxation is preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting complex estate planning documents and preparing federal estate tax returns. This position requires a detailed-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills.
