Current Positions Available:

Legal Secretary – Private Client Services Department. Candidate must have 5+ years solid secretarial experience in the referenced practice (or related) area. This position requires interaction on a daily basis with attorneys and other members of the support team in this very dynamic department. Individual must be detail-oriented, have excellent organizational, grammar, typing, and calendaring skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office. PerfectLaw experience or other related document management programs would also be helpful. This position requires a team player that possesses a patient and helpful demeanor.  Excellent compensation and paid benefits. Wills, Trusts & Estates Paralegal -
We are currently seeking an experienced wills, trusts and estates paralegal to join our growing department.  Candidate should have strong experience one or more of the following:  preparing sophisticated estate planning documents, probating wills and administering trusts, preparing federal estate tax returns, preparing trust/estate accountings and administering guardianships.  This position requires a detailed-oriented, dynamic self-starter with excellent communication skills.

Estate Planning, Tax, Probate Attorney - Jones, Foster, Johnston & Stubbs, P.A., a prominent law firm in West Palm Beach is seeking an attorney with 2 to 4 years trust and estate experience to join our growing department.  The ideal candidate will have strong experience focused on sophisticated estate planning, and trust/estate administration. An LL.M. in taxation is preferred.  The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting complex estate planning documents and preparing federal estate tax returns. This position requires a detailed-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills.
